Due to their size and weight, heavy bags typically ship via ground freight and arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Glove size is generally based on your body weight and the type of training. 10-12oz gloves are ideal for bag work, while 14-16oz gloves are recommended for sparring to provide maximum protection.
Do you offer a warranty on Century training equipment?
Yes, we offer a 90-day limited warranty on all training gear and a 1-year warranty on our signature freestanding bags against manufacturer defects.
Can I return gear if it doesn't fit?
Absolutely. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Are your freestanding bags suitable for outdoor use?
While our bags are durable, we recommend using them indoors. Prolonged exposure to UV rays and moisture can degrade the vinyl cover and foam core over time.
