At Century Kickboxing, we are committed to your training success and offer a 30-day return window for all gear in its original, unused condition. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, we'll help you find the right fit or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is clean and unused.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
